Our Solution


  • 4" perforated corrugated pipe in a fabric sock to limit sediment intrusion
  • Catch basins with grates to collect surface water at low spots
  • Positive slope throughout the run; daylight outlet set at the property’s low point
  • Downspout tie‑ins with sealed connections
  • Careful sod removal and replacement to keep the yard looking clean

  • Total run: approx. 80ft across 2 drains
  • Pipe: 4" corrugated (socked) + solid sections where needed
  • Basins: 2 round basins with debris grates
  • Outlet: Daylight discharge with protection to prevent erosion
  • Backfill: Clean gravel at basins; native soil compacted; sod reset


Results


  • Water now moves off the lawn within minutes after a storm
  • No pooling around the foundation or fence line
  • Yard restored with minimal visible trench lines after settling
